（阿姆斯特丹13日綜合電）荷蘭安全委員會週二公佈去年7月馬航MH17客機在烏克蘭墜毀的最終調查報告，證實客機是被「山毛櫸」地對空飛彈擊落。
當局在荷蘭的吉齊瑞仁軍事基地，先向罹難者家屬親屬通報調查結論，然後對外發布。
報告指，山毛櫸飛彈的彈頭，在MH17客機的駕駛艙的左方引爆，是導致客機墜毀的原因，並稱機上所有人都幾乎是即時死亡。但報告並無列出是哪方發射飛彈，亦無追究責任，只是指涉及烏克蘭內戰的交戰國必須採取更多措施，確保民航安全。
荷蘭安全委員會主席約斯特拉表示，調查確認MH17機上沒有炸彈，亦非由空對空襲擊或隕石擊落。

The Dutch Safety Board has released its final report into the fate of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17, which crashed in Ukraine in July 2014, killing all 298 people on board.
The report found that the plane was hit by a Russian-made Buk missile.
An animated video describing the damage to the plane was shown to journalists and relatives of those who died.
